What is the easiest way to make designs on your nails? I see all these really cool designs and I want to try, but mine look like those Pinterest fails you see that everyone laughs at! I even make sure all the layers are completely dry and they still look like they colors ran together. What am I doing wrong?
ReplyDeleteIt takes great skill to do "Nail Art" I don't even do it because it's so difficult. Buy some stickers to put on your nails and call it a day. They make such cute ones now.
DeleteAre quick dry sprays really ok for your nails and cuticles?
ReplyDeleteQuick dry sprays are fine they will not harm your nails but they are not an "instant" cure you still have to allow adequate time for your nails to dry.
DeleteIs there a way to keep your polish from wearing off so quickly? I know if I do them within 2 days they will so wear and chipping.
ReplyDeleteDepends on the brand of polish you are using. Cheaper brands will chip and wear quicker and if you are not using a good top coat that my be the problem also.
Deletemy nails break easily, What is a good nail polish strengthener?
ReplyDeleteMy all time favorite "Cuccio Forte Nail Strengthen" which you can buy on my blog. Here is the link to make your purchase Heather. Read what all my satisfied customers say about this "miracle in a bottle!" http://wp.me/p5RuMi-z4
DeleteI am very sensitive to smell, therefore I avoid most nail polishes. Certain polish smells will automatically give me a headache. Does anyone make nail polish without a smell or maybe not as strong of a smell? I would love to find one that I can actually use. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately there are no "no smell" polishes out that I am aware of.
DeleteWhat do you recommend for my cuticles? Mine are very dry and unhealthy looking. Thx
ReplyDeleteCuticles are nothing more than dead skin. They need to be moisturized often or cut so that they don't rip. Use any good hand moisturizer it's not necessary to buy something specifically made for cuticles. If all else fails use Neosporin.
DeleteWhen my nails start to finally grow a little longer, my ring finger and pinky nails on my left hand start to "curve" downwards on one side. I was wondering if you would know why this would happen? It only does it on 1 hand and those 2 nails and it's not like they are crazy long or anything.
ReplyDeleteTricia this is hereditary there is nothing you can do to change this unfortunately but keep them short. My sister has the same issue.
DeleteWhat is your favorite brand of polish as far as wear & true color?
ReplyDeleteEveryone has a favorite brand and what works for me may not work for you. You honestly have to try them all and see which lasts the longest on your nails.
